How does the reservation process work?

Families reserve a selection position within a litter rather than choosing a specific kitten immediately. This allows you to secure early access whilst giving personalities, coat patterns and traits time to develop naturally.

Final kitten selections are usually made at approximately 5–6 weeks of age.

When can I choose my kitten?

Most families officially choose their kitten around 5–6 weeks old once personalities, confidence and coat development become clearer.

We provide regular updates and photos throughout this process to help families make the right choice.

How much is the reservation deposit?

A 50% reservation deposit secures your selection position within the litter.

The remaining balance is due on collection.

Are deposits refundable?

Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable should a family change their mind, as your selection position is removed from availability.

However, in certain circumstances deposits may be transferred to a future litter.

Are your kittens raised in a family home?

Yes — all of our kittens are raised inside our family home and are part of everyday life from birth.

They are handled daily, fully socialised and used to normal household activity, helping them grow into calm and affectionate companions.

What breed are your kittens?

Our kittens are carefully raised Siberian × Ragdoll kittens, selected for their beautiful appearance, gentle temperament and loving personalities.

What age can kittens leave for their new homes?

Kittens usually leave for their new homes at approximately 9-12 weeks of age, depending on their development and confidence.

Can we visit the kittens?

Yes — viewings are welcome at the appropriate stage once kittens are older and settled.

We want families to feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Do you provide updates after reservation?

Absolutely. Families receive regular photos and updates as the kittens grow and develop.

Watching their personalities emerge is one of the most enjoyable parts of the experience.

Do you help match personalities?

Yes — this is something we care about deeply.

Whilst all of our kittens are beautiful, we believe temperament and emotional connection matter most. We take time to help families choose a kitten whose personality best suits their home and lifestyle.

Are your kittens litter trained?

Yes — kittens are introduced to litter trays from an early age and are confidently using them before leaving for their new homes.

Can I reserve before kittens are old enough to choose?

Yes — many families reserve early to secure a better selection position within the litter.

This is especially common with newborn litters where reservations often begin before personalities are fully developed.
